Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. We utilize USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air for shipping. Unless on backorder, all items usually ship from our Montana warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Please note that estimated delivery dates do not include this processing time. During the winter, most items will be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on how far you are from our warehouse and the shipping method you chose. Our system will automatically email you the tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged for shipment.
Drop Ship Fees
There is a $3 drop ship fee for any order that is not shipping to the dealer's primary location. This fee is waived for orders placed on our website.
Choosing UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air does not guarantee that you will receive the order in that time frame. While we try to ship most expedited orders placed before noon on the same day, during the winter months this cannot be guaranteed. There are no refunds for delays due to processing time for these shipping methods.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping Time
If USPS Priority Mail is chosen at checkout, it might show that the item will arrive in 2 business days. Please note that this is the fastest you could receive this order after processing and it is NOT guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot file a claim for orders that do not arrive within 2 days and we cannot update our website, as it pulls directly from USPS. Normal USPS Priority Mail shipping usually takes between 2 and 5 business days to arrive after processing.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that there some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping time usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination. While we do not have established rates for shipping to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada, we are able to ship to other countries. Please contact us via our contact page (insert link) or email with your full address and a list of the items that you are interested in to receive a shipping quote. Energy Parts Plus is not responsible for any tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes or any other costs assessed by the country of delivery.
We use new, high quality boxes for every order and inspect each part before shipping. If you receive a part that is damaged, a shipping damage claim MUST be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item. Failure to report damage within the time frame will result in the claim being denied. The claim will require both pictures of the damaged part and of the shipping box. Pictures should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order information and a description of the damage. After the claim has been filed, the box and broken parts must be held onto for 30 days in the event that the carrier needs to investigate the claim.
While we try to stock every part listed on our website, occasionally we will run out of stock before our next shipment arrives. In the event that a part you need is out of stock, you can fill out our contact form and we will put the item on a Sales Order for you. We will notify you as soon as the part is restocked.
We gladly accept returns within 90 days of when you received the items provided that they are new and not installed or modified. We cannot accept returns of gas and electronic parts that have been removed from the tamper-proof packaging.
If you find that you need to return an item, please email us for return instructions or use the online return form available in the account section of our website. We will email you with return information that MUST be included in the box with your return. If the paperwork is not included in the box, the return cannot be processed. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned with freight prepaid. Unauthorized shipments received collect will be returned or charged back to the customer. Unauthorized returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any refused order will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations & Changes
In order to ship orders out as quickly as possible, we have a very short window for cancellations. We cannot cancel your order if it has been processed or shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible.
