If you have any questions regarding your charges, you can click the “Account” button in the upper right side of our site to view your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. This is also where you can view and print invoices. If you have any questions or would like an electronic PDF copy sent, please contact customer service via our contact form and we will be more than happy to help you.
Most credits from returns are kept on your account unless requested otherwise. If you would like to use your account credit, please submit your purchase order to email@example.com or give us a call at 530-622-2056. If you chose to have the credit refunded to the card used for the order, please note that credits usually take 7-10 business days to post from the time we receive your return.
Since Energy Parts Plus is located in Montana, no orders are charged a sales tax.
